Health Checker desktop app

When you run a checkup, the app sends your device serial number and a measurement report to Divic Console. The report includes the device hostname, operating system and version, CPU and memory details, disk location and capacity, benchmark samples and scores, time of measurement, and any errors.

We use this information to compare the device with system requirements and to recognize a successful checkup until it expires. Console retains a summary of the hardware and measurement results under the device serial number for its configured expiry period, which defaults to 12 hours and may be changed by an administrator. The app retrieves current score targets from Console before each run.

Payments

Online payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Divic does not store full card numbers or sensitive card authentication data on this website.

Sharing information

We share information only with service providers, payment processors, hosting providers, support tools, professional advisors, or authorities when required to operate the service, comply with law, prevent abuse, or protect rights and security.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as needed to provide services, meet legal and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and maintain security records. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to reduce unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.
