Refund Policy

Scope

This policy applies to website purchases of Divic subscription plans and digital services. Custom implementation, migration, consulting, or development work may be governed by a separate written proposal, agreement, or statement of work.

Subscription charges

Subscription fees are billed in advance for the selected billing period. Customers are responsible for reviewing plan details, pricing, renewal terms, and account information before completing payment.

Eligible refunds

• Duplicate charges or payment processing errors.
• Incorrect charge amounts caused by a Divic billing issue.
• A paid subscription that Divic cannot activate or make available because of a service-side issue.
• First-time subscription cancellations requested within 7 days of purchase when the account has not received material service usage, onboarding, or implementation work.

Non-refundable cases

• Completed custom services, implementation work, migration work, training, or consulting hours.
• Subscription periods that have already been materially used.
• Cancellations after renewal when the renewal terms were available before payment.
• Third-party fees, bank charges, taxes, currency conversion costs, or gateway fees unless required by law or caused by a Divic billing error.

How to request a refund

Send refund requests to info@divic.tech within 14 days of the charge. Include the account email, invoice or transaction reference, plan name, payment date, and the reason for the request.

Review and processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Processing times depend on the payment provider and bank, and may take 7 to 10 business days after approval.
